Do your products contain allergens?
Yes. All our products are made in a facility that handles Peanuts, Nuts, Wheat (Gluten), Milk, and Coconut. Some products contain these as direct ingredients. Please read the allergen information on each product page carefully, and visit our Allergen & Food Safety Policy page for full details.
Are your products suitable for people with nut allergies?
No. We cannot guarantee any of our products are nut-free as they are all produced in a facility that handles nuts and peanuts. If you have a severe nut allergy, please do not order without contacting us first.
Are your products suitable for babies?
Some products contain honey and are not suitable for babies under 12 months. Some products are also a choking hazard and requires adult monitoring.

Can I return food products?

My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage and we will resolve it for you as quickly as possible.
Can I cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it.
