Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with BryseNaijaNibbles! Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we ship your favourite Nigerian and African-inspired snacks.
1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a further notification when your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard UK Delivery: 3–5 business days
- Express UK Delivery: 1–2 business days (where available)
- International Delivery: 7–14 business days (availability and rates vary by destination)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as courier delays or customs processing.
3. Packaging We take great care in packaging our food products to ensure they arrive fresh and in perfect condition. All items are securely packed to minimise the risk of damage during transit.
4. Perishable Items As our products are food items, please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery. We cannot be held responsible for spoilage resulting from missed deliveries or items left unattended in unsuitable conditions.
5. Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you might receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@mynaijanibbles.com.
6. Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will typically leave a card with instructions for re-delivery or collection. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
7. Damaged or Missing Items If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery at hello@mynaijanibbles.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
8. International Shipping For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. Delivery times may also be longer due to customs processing.
