Allergen & Food Safety Policy

At My Naija Nibbles, the safety and wellbeing of our customers is our top priority. Please read this page carefully before purchasing, especially if you or anyone you are buying for has a food allergy or intolerance.

⚠️ General Allergen Warning

All of our products are produced in a facility that handles the following allergens:

  • Peanuts (Groundnuts)
  • Tree Nuts (including Coconut)
  • Wheat (Gluten)
  • Milk (Dairy)

This means that even products which do not contain these allergens as ingredients may have come into contact with them during production. We cannot guarantee that any of our products are completely free from these allergens.

Product-Specific Allergens

Each product page contains detailed allergen information specific to that product. Please read the full product description before purchasing. Below is a summary:

  • Kulikuli, Gurundi, Donkwa — Contains Peanuts
  • Chinchin Flakes — Contains Wheat (Gluten)
  • Coconut Candy, Coconut Honey, Baba Dudu — Contains Coconut (Tree Nut)
  • Milk Candy — Contains Milk
  • Kokoro, Sisi Pelebe, Balewa — No confirmed major allergens, but produced in a multi-allergen facility
  • All Bundles (Starter Pack, Chop Life Pack, Premium Pack, Nibbles Cup) — May contain all of the above allergens

🍯 Honey Advisory

Some of our products like coconut honey contain honey. Honey should not be given to babies under 12 months of age. Please ensure these products are kept away from infants.

🍬 Choking Hazard Advisory

Some of our products are hard or chewy sweets (including Coconut Candy, Baba Dudu, and Milk Candy). Adult supervision is recommended when giving these products to young children.

📦 Storage

All products should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
